Establishment and Operation of the Migration Resource Centre MRC
Vinh, Nghe An, 13th-14th April 2016
On the 13th and 14th April 2016, the training on the “Establishment and Operation of the Migration Resource Centre MRC, procedures and skills of counseling for migrants” was organized for 30 officers from the Women’s Union and other sectors of Nghe An. The participants actively participated in the group work and class activities to exchange their opinions on the difficulties and opportunities for the MRC in Nghe An.
This is the first activity of the project “Strengthening Government Capacity to Support Vulnerable Migrants in the Greater Mekong Sub-Region and Malaysia" signed between IOM and the Women’s Union of Nghe An, with the financial support from the Department of Population, Refugees and Migration of the U.S, and the technical support from Department of Labour Overseas, MOLISA.
