IOM hosts the training session for 5-star hotels’ staff in Hanoi
Hanoi, August 29
In this morning ( August 29), IOM Vietnam delivered the training session within the framework of YCI (Youth Carreer Initiatives) program by REACH.
This event is for the managers and staff of the 5-star hotels in Hanoi, namely Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake, Sheraton Hanoi, Somerset, Hilton Hanoi Opera and Hilton Garden Inn Hanoi before receiving YCI participants as interns at the hotels.
With the content focusing on human trafficking definitions, how to discover and deal with trafficking cases at the workplace and the key principles in working with returned victims of trafficking, the hotel staff actively engaged in interesting dialogues, obtained a better understanding of notices for coping with this issue at the hotels.
IOM would like to send special thanks to REACH and the prestigious hotels for their joint efforts to support the Vietnamese youth, including returned victims of trafficking, to build a better future.
