IOM's inclusive training program for companies

IOM's inclusive training program for companies

Hanoi, 07 October 2016

In this morning (Oct 07), IOM Viet Nam has trained almost 20 managing staff in TAV Limited Company about human trafficking in the " FITS – Factory Initiatives against Trafficking and Slavery " program.

As one of the large garment factories in Vietnam with about 5,000 employees, TAV has expressed their strong commitment to combat against trafficking, starting with training for managers and employees.

Besides the necessary knowledge about this issue, training participants also obtained many useful tips to assist returned victims of trafficking at the workplace, and protect their business from potential hidden risks of human trafficking, especially forced labor.
