Our WorkAs the leading inter-governmental organization promoting since 1951 humane and orderly migration, IOM plays a key role to support the achievement of the 2030 Agenda through different areas of intervention that connect both humanitarian assistance and sustainable development. Across Viet Nam, IOM is concerned with the welfare and quality of life of the Vietnamese people, particularly migrant and mobile populations.

TMSV - Friendly football and volleyball match to promote safe migration and prevent human trafficking
The International Organization for Migration IOM and the Women's Union of Ha Tinh jointly organized friendly football and volleyball matches to promote safe migration and prevent human trafficking.
The event started with quiz games, skits and traditional folk music, information on safe migration and human trafficking prevention as required documents to work abroad, countries accepting Vietnamese low-skilled workers, reliable sources to find information about working abroad, ...
The exciting friendly matches of local community started after the info session.
This activity is a part of the behaviour change campaign within the project “Tackling Modern Slavery in Viet Nam” (TMSV).
