Training "Grievance redress mechanism and legal support for labour migrants under termed contracts"
Nghe An, July 20-21
On July 20-21, the training "Grievance redress mechanism and legal support for labour migrants under termed contracts" was organized in Vinh City, Nghe An for 30 officials from the Women's Union at different levels, provincial Legal Aid Center and a number of other agencies.
The training introduced the legal framework and mechanism for handling complaints, appeals from workers who work abroad under contracts, as well as practiced, discussed and solved many legal cases of labor migrants abroad.
This is an activity under an IOM project funded by the Department of Population, Refugees and Migrants of the US Department of States until September 2016 in Nghe An.
