IOM Viet Nam’s competent and knowledgeable team of visa application assistance staff can help you with preparing your immigrant visa application, while at all times ensuring that your personal information is protected. This assistance, which is delivered on a one-time fee basis, is provided in accordance to IOM’s mandate to help ensure the orderly and humane management of migration.
US Immigrant Visa Application Assistance
IOM Vietnam provides assistance to potential and actual migrants to the US through expert guidance on all procedures and requirements necessary to submit a complete application. Services offered include assistance in correctly filling in electronic visa application forms, assistance in collecting and collating all civil and other supporting documentation prior to the immigrant visa interview as well as assistance with the US Passport and Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) process. IOM’s US Immigrant Visa Application Assistance staff use publicly available guidance and instructions direct from the U.S. Department of State Immigrant Visa website.
Important: IOM plays no role in the visa decision-making process and does not represent or provide immigration counseling to applicants. IOM does not represent the Government of the United States of America.
